I just made a great stir fry dinner for my fiance and I. Stop and shop sells Egg roll wrappers that are basically just large square pieces of dough rolled out very thin. I do not bother making these from scratch as its so simple and easy to get the wrappers from stop and shop, plus they only cost a couple $ for about 25 of them.

Ingredients:
Egg roll wrappers
Lean cut of steak
garlic
onions
cabbage
carrots
bean sprouts
flour
water
salt
pepper
ginger root
soy sauce
bread crumbs (I used panko japanese style)
Oil

Its simple really. Make a thin paste with the flour and water. I usually mix in some ginger, pepper, salt, bread crumbs, and garlic into the paste.

You will want to cut the steak into thing strips, about 2.5in long. I used a nice flank steak for this, but any kind will work. I season the steak with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, pepper, little bit of salt. You get a nice tariyaki flavor. Make sure the steak is tender.

Dip your finger into the paste and smear a few small areas on each corner on one side of the egg roll noodle.

Place small quantities of the carrots, cabbage, raw onion, and bean sprouts in the middle of the noodle. Top it off with a strip of steak.

With the noodle arrange in a diamond shape, with the ingredients horizontal to you and one corner facing you, fold the bottom corner over the filling. Try and wrap it under the fillings for a tight fit. The egg roll noodle is pretty strong and will usually stretch to fit.

Fold the left and right corners in and finish by rolling the noodle away from you to close it up. The paste on the corners will act as glue to hold it all together.

Roll the wrapped noodle gently in the batter, then roll it over some bread crumbs.

Once fully covered, place it in a hot pan with several table spoons worth of oil in it. Let it sizzle for a couple minutes before rolling it a quarter turn. Keep rolling it a quarter turn until it is all brown and crispy.

Thats it! be careful, as the egg roll will basically steam the ingredients inside. They will be extremely hot.

^^^ Impressive to the ladies too. I make my eggrolls with strip steak instead of pork, I think its better that way.
